Fire Stock

So i've decided to state that my fire photos can be used as stock. Do i need to change their category stating its stock, or can i just state it in the description area?

Rules for using my photos as stock, please follow them:

1) You must be a deviantart-member.
2) Credit me using my icon; . Make sure to link my original photo.
3) Please send me a link to your finished artwork (i'll post it on my page for all to see).
4) Don't use my stock to make other stocks
5) Don't claim my stocks as yours.
6) Don't sell my stock.
